Yen, Nepal Mandala – The Solidarity for Newar Autonomous State has called on all to join tomorrow after noon (14:00 – 17:00 ) to bloackade the Constitution Assembly of Nepal at Baneswor, Kathmandu to force CA members to recognise Newar Autonomous State of Nepal Mandala in the new Constitution and promulgate it before the CA expires on May 28, 2010 as has been stipulated by the mandate of the Nepalese people, who elected the CA for a period of two years. Unless a new mandate is not sought either through a general election or a referendum, the members of CA will be illegitimate. We must think whether we would like to see our country is run by an illegitimate lot!
