Follow the instructions below for installing, Nepal Lipi Keyboard and related fonts on your desktop (Windows and Apple) and mobiles such as IPhone, Ipad, Android 9 and over. Please select instruction for your device.
I. For PC and to type Nepal Lipi on documents and system that includes, SNSs, webs, blogs etc.
1. To download and install Nepal Lipi Keyboard, go to: https://keyman.com/keyboards?q=Nepal+Bhasa&x=36&y=16
2. Select Newa Romanized (Romanized layout for Nepal Bhasa in Prachalit script) or
Newa Traditional (Traditional Layout for Nepal Bhasa in Newa (Prachalit) script)
3. Once downloaded, install the keyboard that includes Noto Sans Newa font on your desktop.
4. Check your task bar on your right of the PC screen to find an icon (Microsoft IME) that will display

5. Select โNewari (new-Newa)Newa Romanizedโ to type Nepal Lipi on both documents or systems such as SNSs, webs or blogs.
II. For Ipad and Iphone
1. To download and install Nepal Lipi Keyboard, go to: https://iphone.apkpure.com/nepal-lipi-keyboard/com.suyogyart.ios.nepallipikeyboard
2. Open โSettingsโ on your Ipad or Iphone
3. Tap โGeneralโ then โkeyboard
4. Select โKeyboardsโ
5. Select โNepal Lipi Keyboard.โ Once installed you will see a message โYou have successfully installed Nepal Lipi Keyboard โ
6. To activate, click the โGlobeโ icon and select โNepal Lipi Keyboardโ
The Nepal Lipi Keyboard will appear after selecting โEnglish (US)โ ร Emoji ร Nepal Lipi. Selecting the same button, you can switch back and forth.
III. For Android 9 or latest
1. To install new “Newa Keyboard – Type Newa” app, go to: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details…
2. Install “KEYMAN” app and add Nepal Bhasa: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details…
3. Choose “Nepal Bhasa (Newa) from adding keyboard settings in Keyman “Add New Language” from top 3 dot menu
IV. For PC / mac
1. This is “Noto Sans Newa” unicode font by Google. For desktop or ios downoad NEWA unicode font: https://drive.google.com/open…
